When you use a first-order offer or start checkout, a separate cookie remembers this browser for up to a year so we can apply the offer once. We keep a keyed reference linked to the order, not a hardware fingerprint. Another browser, private browsing, clearing cookies or expiry can reset this browser record. Orders placed before this feature cannot be linked retrospectively. This cookie is separate from admin registration and is not used for analytics.
