Dispatch and delivery
We normally post orders within 2 working days. Choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard. Both aim for 2–3 working days after posting or drop-off. Evri costs £2.97 once per order. Delivery times are aims, not guarantees.
Royal Mail uses the highest postage price for the items in your basket, charged once per order. Evri is £2.97 once per order, regardless of quantity. The price is shown before you continue to Square.
Payment, cancellations and returns
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. The highest postage price in the basket is charged once per order.
Payment is collected securely by Square. An order is confirmed when its completed payment is verified. If we cannot supply it, we will contact you and refund the unavailable goods and any relevant delivery charge.
Choose Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri Standard at checkout. Both aim to deliver within 2–3 working days after posting or drop-off; delivery times are not guaranteed. Evri costs £2.97 once per order. The dispatch time stated at checkout applies. Delivery messages are requests; contact us if a particular posting date is essential.
You can cancel within 14 days after receiving your order by emailing us or writing to our business address. Give your name, address, order reference and which items you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form below, but do not have to.
Return cancelled goods within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods; contact us first so we can help.
For a cancelled whole order, we refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds use the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods’ nature and characteristics. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Eating or using honey goes beyond inspecting it as you would in a shop. Where the law permits, a change-of-mind refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value, potentially up to the full price of a substantially consumed jar. We consider the circumstances. Your rights if the honey is faulty, unsafe, damaged or not as described are unaffected.
If a parcel or jar arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference. Photographs can help us resolve it, but do not affect your statutory rights.
Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. The jar label provides the batch and best-before information.
